Description

The Norwegian government has appointed a committee to study society's vulnerability and the need to adapt to the effects of climate change. The report describes the climate changes that can be expected and identifies the vulnerability. Furthermore, it is indicated what is needed to adapt. Adaptation is needed both at local and at regional level. The committee concludes with recommendations for a policy to adapt to climate change.
