Arctic environment: European perspectives - Why should Europe care? (2004)

Description

This report is a joint product of the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) and the European Environment Agency (EEA). It aims to focus attention on the Arctic region and highlight
its crucial role in the future of Europe. It is our hope that it will promote discussion on European policy actions related to the Arctic, and contribute to the implementation of the second northern dimension action plan.
