The Climate Chance global network association is organising an eMag around what role sub-national levels play in the planning and implementation of multi-level adaptation policies in Europe. The eMag has a dual format: a live online session featuring representatives from European territories, experts and field actors from the climate community, followed by a print and web magazine, all fully bilingual (French and English). Climate Chance global network association gathers individual members, personalities recognized as influential actors on climate, biodiversity and desertification issues, representative of the 9 major groups recognized by the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC).
