The article “Competing priorities: how actors and institutions influence adaptation of the German railway system” demonstrates by means of an in-depth case study of the German railway system that the responsibilities for climate adaptation are not clearly regulated. The study was published in the journal Climatic Change and was conducted as part of the research project “Chameleon - Adaptation to climate change in the utility sector”.
