DESCRIPTION:The Global Systems Institute at the University of Exeter\, the
  Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research (PIK) and the Max Planck In
 stitute for Geoanthropology will co-host the Global Tipping Points Confere
 nce in July 2025.\n\n\nThe conference aims to raise awareness and drive ac
 tion among researchers\, policymakers\, and businesses on the importance o
 f tipping points. It will focus on the developments of both negative and p
 ositive tipping points\, covering topics from local to global scales. The 
 program will explore how tipping points affect different regions\, communi
 ties\, sectors\, and supply chains\, and discuss how to turn these insight
 s into effective action.
