DESCRIPTION:Pathways2Resilience is a flagship project under the EU Mission
  on Adaptation to Climate Change\, working to empower 150 regions in devel
 oping transformative adaptation plans. \nOn 23rd of November\, in Brussels
  and online\, the project will explore how regions are successfully implem
 enting the EU Mission and what transformative adaptation looks like in pra
 ctice\, from new finance models\, to ecosystem engagement\, to innovative 
 policies.\nThe first call for applications will also be launched\, selecti
 ng regions and communities that will receive funding and supporting servic
 es from the programme to develop transformative strategies and action plan
 s towards climate resilience.
