 climate change adaptation or evidencing Loss & Damage can face obstacles. 
 The objective of this workshop\, organised by the International Space Scie
 nce Institute\, Switzerland\,  is to assess the usability of EO from a loc
 al perspective. Furthermore\, it will identify obstacles and ways forward\
 , thereby ‘opening up’ EO to fulfil the promise of Open Science.
