 Brussels\, Belgium. The event aims to contribute to the discussion in the 
 run-up to the Global Stocktake\, the UNFCCC’s first review of the global
  progress made in implementing the Paris Agreement\, which will conclude a
 t COP28 in November. \n\nThe European Commission is inviting all stakehold
 ers to an open discussion with high-level policymakers from the European U
 nion and across the world\, as well as speakers representing a range of st
 akeholders including international organizations\, business\, NGOs\, acade
 mia\, youth and others.
