WaterWindow

WaterWindow is an information portal where water and climate solutions, successfully proven in the Netherlands, can be found. All solutions, products and services are linked to a successful practice and provided with complementary information about advantages, time needed for implementation and development state, from the initial stage of the solution (basic principles observed and reported) to its most mature state (successfully proven in operational situations).

Solutions can be explored by topics (e.g. water safety, water quantity, water quality) and by issues (e.g. flood hazard, saltwater intrusion, eutrophication, water shortage). Users can also browse through solutions using specific filters, selecting for example the water typology (e.g. seawater, groundwater), the setting type (e.g. coastal area, urban area), the organisation involved or even selecting specific horizontal themes, including climate adaptation, sustainability and building with nature approach.
