80% co-financing rate.

Can the received funding be combined with other funding sources (blended)?
The programme is funded 80% by ERDF; partners must provide a 20% own contribution.
Is a Consortium required to apply for the funding?
Projects must be implemented by a cross-border consortium comprising at least two legal entities: one from Latvia and one from Lithuania. Both entities must be registered or permanently located in, and actively operating within, the programme area.
Administering authority
Management Authority: The Ministry of Smart Administration and Regional Development of the Republic of Latvia serves as the Managing Authority and also performs the functions of the Joint Secretariat of the Programme.
In Lithuania, the Ministry of the Interior acts as the National Authority.
