The Regional Adaptation Support Tool (RAST) will guide regional climate adaptation decision-makers and practitioner through the main steps of the adaptation policy and planning process. The tool will be based on the adaptation policy cycle, highlighting that climate change adaptation is an iterative process. The RAST will be divided into six steps and for each step it provide links to helpful key resources that can be of the use to the regional user.

The RAST is currently under development and will be available soon. In the meantime regions and local authorities are encouraged to visit the Adaptation Support Tool or the Urban Adaptation Support Tool on Climate-ADAPT for detailed guidelines on the main steps of the adaptation policy and planning process.
