DESCRIPTION:The objective of the Mission on Adaptation to Climate Change i
 s to support at least 150 regions and communities to accelerate their tran
 sformation towards climate resilience by 2030. On 14 March\, the Mission l
 aunched an invitation to EU regions and local authorities to join the Miss
 ion. \n\nA survey is now available for regions and local authorities to ex
 press their interest in joining the Mission. Regions and local authorities
  that demonstrate commitment to adaptation will be invited to sign a Missi
 on Charter.\n\nBy joining the Mission and signing up to the Charter\, regi
 ons and local authorities will become part of a community of practice on a
 daptation to climate change\, and have the opportunity to network and shar
 e with other regions and local authorities in Europe.\n\nThe first signato
 ries to the Mission Charter will be announced at the first Mission Forum o
 n 7 June 2022.
