The first European Climate Change Science Summit 'Equinox Summit' took place on March 21st and 22nd, 2023 in Brussels. The Joint Programming Initiative on climate research (JPI Climate), with support of the MAGICA (MAximising the synergy of European research Governance and Innovation for Climate Action) project, organised a high level gathering with leading European actors in climate science, policy and implementation. The aim was to recall the wealth of climate knowledge available and to discuss how Europe can transfer such knowledge into action.
