Coastal landfill and sea level rise: an international study
There is concern that waste disposal sites along European coasts pose an increasing risk to the environment through the potential release of waste into the sea and onto beaches, as a result of sea level rise. The purpose of this scientific publication is to assess the need for research on the management of waste storage sites located on the coast.
