Description

Maps of the 12 simulation ensemble mean average change in temperature and total precipitation 2070-2099 compared to 1961-1990.Daily values of mean, minimum, maximum temperature and total precipitation from 12 SRES A1B marker scenario transient climate change simulations for the period 1961-2099 of ENSEMBLES Research Theme 3 (RT3) have been corrected for biases according to Dosio and Paruolo, 2011: Bias correction of the ENSEMBLES high-resolution climate change projections for use by impact models: Evaluation on the present climate, J. Geophys. Res., 116, D16106, DOI: 10.1029/2011JD015934.The base simulations were produced as part of Research Theme 3 (RT3) of the EU FP6 project ENSEMBLES (http://ensemblesrt3.dmi.dk/). Information on the simulations can be found at http://ensemblesrt3.dmi.dk/, in the special issue 44 of Climate Research (2010), or in the ENSEMBLES final report available at http://http://ensembles-eu.metoffice.com/docs/Ensembles_final_report_Nov09.pdf.
