DesInventar - Disaster Inventory System
Description
The Disaster Inventory System DesInventar is designed for the systematic collection, documentation and analysis of data about losses caused by disasters associated to natural hazards. DesInventar is a methodological tool, developed with the support of UN ISDR and UNDP for the generation of National Disaster Inventories and the construction of databases of damage, losses and in general the effects of disasters. The website provides access to the DesInventar methodology as well as profiles of countries using the methodology.
