Description

This is the chapter on atmosphere and surface in the IPCC 5th Assessment Report. It  synthesizes the scientific knowledge on observed changes in the atmosphere, which comprises changes in atmospheric composition, radiation budgets, temperature, hydrological cycle, extreme events, atmospheric circulation and patterns of variability.
