Dutch cities of Groningen and Rotterdam will accommodate Global Climate Adaptation Centre

The Global Centre of Excellence on Climate Adaptation (GCECA) will be accommodated in Rotterdam and Groningen (The Netherlands). The centre will liaise with a broad-based, worldwide network of partners, among which international knowledge institutes, businesses, interest organizations, local and national governments, and the financial sector.
