Accelerating climate change adaptation in the Adriatic-Ionian Region (Event organised by a Mission Project)

The Hellenic Presidency of the Adriatic-Ionian Region (EUSAIR) 2024–2025, alongside key Greek ministries and the Region of Ionian Islands, invites stakeholders to accelerate climate adaptation in the region.

This event will foster collaboration among EUSAIR countries, EU and UN institutions, and financial actors, focusing on climate-proofing infrastructure, sustainable tourism, and urban resilience. Participants will exchange challenges, best practices, and funding opportunities to advance the European Strategy and Action Plan for the Adriatic-Ionian Region.

Organised under the LIFE-IP AdaptInGR project, the event is supported by the EU LIFE Programme and Greece’s Green Fund.
