Organised by ICLEI Europe and the European Environment Agency (EEA), and co-hosted in 2025 by the City of Rotterdam, #EURESFO25 is the go-to event for anyone working on urban climate resilience, adaptation strategies, and disaster risk management.
With this year’s theme “Accelerating Resilience Action,” the Forum offers a dynamic platform to exchange ideas, showcase initiatives, and build partnerships that strengthen urban resilience across Europe.
The Mission on Adaptation to Climate Change will be represented at the workshop “Building Resilience: Key Enabling Conditions for Transformation” on 26 June from 13:30 to 15:15 CET. The session will explore how the Mission supports the resilience journey of regions and local authorities, including through tailored Technical Assistance and the Community of Practice. It will also highlight how the Thematic Working Groups help translate expert knowledge into practical strategies within the RAST framework—strengthening local action and collaboration across Europe.
