The EU Mission on Adaptation to Climate Change will be represented by Richard Smithers, Director of the Mission Implementation Platform for Climate Change Adaptation (MIP4Adapt), in the panel discussion: "Beyond survival: rethinking resilience in the face of climate change" on Thirsday 19th June at 13:00-14:30.
