Type of funding
Funding rate (percentage of covered costs)
FCS facilities are primarily provided in the form of soft loans, though grants may be available, particularly when EU or regional co-financing is involved.
The funding rate depends on the specific call for proposals and the type of project.
Overall financing can cover up to 90% of eligible costs, consisting of:
A subsidised loan portion from CDP (Cassa Depositi e Prestiti)
A market-rate loan portion from the partner lending bank
The subsidised loan can typically cover 50% to 70% of eligible expenditure, based on the nature of the supported measures.
