Objective of the funding programme

The programme aims to finance the implementation of nature-based solutions that support biodiversity conservation, ecosystem resilience, and the climate and disaster resilience of territories and cities. It does not fund preliminary studies.

Eligible areas:

  • Marine and coastal ecosystems

  • Wetlands

  • Transition of agriculture and forestry

  • Ecological continuities

  • Urban biodiversity

Since November 2024, a new €10 million fund, established in cooperation with the Banque des Territoires, finances biodiversity projects.
