RSO 2.5: Promote access to water and sustainable water management in the urban water cicle by working in the construction and rehabilitation of infrastructures to ensure resilience in supply and sanitation. Also by focusing in the reutilization, modernization, descarbonitation and resilience of the urban water cicle.

RSO 2.7: Strengthening the protection and preservation of nature, biodiversity and green infrastructure, even in the urban zones, and reduce all forms of pollution. Actions that may be financed focus on nature conservation, biodiversity and natural heritage, environmental liabilities (abandoned mining areas and quarries in critical condition), air and noise monitoring.

RSO 3.2:Focus on develop and enhance sustainable national, regional and local mobility resilient to climate change; smart and intermodal, including by improving access to the TEN-E and cross-border mobility. Includes financing options for proposals aiming to improve railways.
