Objective of the funding programme

EIS support may be used to finance both the complete renovation of apartment buildings and, as a separate measure, the replacement of gas, stove, or electric heating systems with renewable energy-based heating systems, or the connection of these buildings to the district heating network. These activities improve the energy efficiency of apartment buildings and promote the use of renewable energy.
