The Programme aims to foster mutual learning and collaboration to bring about change in all its priorities. The primary objective is to re-establish connections across the border, understand the current joint needs and threats posed by a rapidly changing reality, and work together to enhance the resilience and adaptability of people, organisations, and communities. The Programme will assist the area in becoming greener and more digital, making it more equipped to handle the challenges of the future.
