The programme's main goal is to strengthen the economy, support the digital and green transition, digitise public administration, improve connectivity and mobility across the Republic of Croatia (RH), and enhance the quality of life for the population. It is directly relevant for adaptation objectives through Specific Objective 2.i.v., which supports activities and projects ranging from increasing institutional capacities, system preparedness, disaster risk management, and developing risk assessments, to strengthening resilience through the implementation of solutions, improvement of infrastructure, and enhancement of computing, digital, scientific-expert and human capacities. It also supports applied research, integration of climate goals into projects and strategic and planning documents, as well as monitoring and public awareness-raising activities.
