Objective of the funding programme

The Fund supports the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (Agenda 2030), with an environmental focus on areas such as drinking water and sanitation, sustainable cities and communities, sustainable consumption and production, and climate action. It contributes to both national and international environmental objectives and policies, particularly in climate change, water resource protection, waste and circular economy, and biodiversity conservation.
