Interreg Central Europe (CE) envisions a united region where countries work together to become smarter, greener, and better connected. Rooted in shared challenges and a common identity shaped by a history of division along the former Iron Curtain, the programme fosters a culture of trustful cooperation that transcends administrative boundaries. This cooperative approach directly supports climate change adaptation by enabling joint actions that strengthen regional resilience and promote sustainable, nature-based solutions to shared environmental risks.
