Within the environmental scope, the programme focuses on creating a nature-friendly and secure borderland, where communities and ecosystems can adapt to changing conditions and thrive together. It promotes actions that strengthen resilience to climate change and natural disasters, while also protecting and restoring nature, biodiversity, and green spaces.
