The National Recovery Plan is the Czechia's blueprint for reforms and investments to mitigate the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and restart the economy using funds from the Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF).

Administering authority
The highest decision-making and approval body is the National Recovery Plan Steering Committee. The Ministry of Industry and Trade is responsible for the coordination and monitoring of the Plan, as well as for reporting to the Council of the EU. The responsible bodies are the so-called component owners, which are individual czech ministries.
