Objective of the funding programme

The programme aims to support ambitious small and medium-sized cities in accelerating the implementation of their climate, energy, and environmental goals through a public–public partnership approach. The focus is on integrated strategies addressing climate protection, climate change adaptation, the circular economy, sustainable energy supply, sustainable mobility, biodiversity, soil protection, resource conservation, high architectural quality, green finance, and inclusive transformation processes.
