Plano Estratégico da Política Agrícola Comum (PEPAC) 2027 supports active land management based on innovative and sustainable agricultural and forestry production. Climate change adaptation is one of the key targets outlined in the strategic plan.

Funding is calculated according to each proposal and a set of criteria previously defined in PEPAC. Proposals are sent as a single request, annually.
