Running until 4 September, this call is aimed at getting input from stakeholders and citizens, which will feed into the Commission’s preparations for a new European climate resilience and risk management integrated framework, which is due to for publication by the end of 2026. This package will propose a comprehensive legal approach, together with a plan, to establish an ambitious, comprehensive, and coherent approach to climate resilience and adaptation, covering Member States and the Union level. Through contributing to this Call for Evidence, respondents have the opportunity to share their views and shape the future of European climate resilience and risk management policy, and help build a climate-resilient Europe that protects lives, secures prosperity and boosts competitiveness. Respondents can share their views and ideas on this policy initiative in all 24 EU languages.
