This Joint Research Centre (JRC) report analysed whether and how the adoption of Transformative Innovation (TI) approaches could add value to several regional climate adaptation strategies and their implementation. It aims to provide evidence-based scientific support to the European policymaking process. This framework has been used to develop cases studies focusing on CCA strategies in 16 territories, grouped into 14 reports [1].
