L’examen à mi-parcours du huitième programme d’action pour l’environnement (PAE) montre que les objectifs de l’UE au titre du pacte vert pour l’Europe sont réalisables si les actions prévues sont pleinement mises en œuvre. Les progrès en matière d’atténuation du changement climatique et d’adaptation à celui-ci comprennent l’adoption d’actes législatifs clés pour parvenir à la neutralité climatique, en particulier la loi de l’UE sur le climat, le paquet législatif «Ajustement à l’objectif 55» et la stratégie d’adaptation au changement climatique à l’horizon 2021.

The eighth Environment Action Programme (EAP) mid-term review shows that the EU’s objectives under the European Green Deal are attainable if the actions planned are fully implemented. Progress on climate change mitigation and adaptation includes the adoption of key legislation to achieve climate neutrality, in particular the EU Climate Law, the Fit for 55 package of legislation and the 2021 Climate Adaptation Strategy.

The European Commission published a Communication on managing climate risks in Europe, supported by the European Climate Risk Assessment (EUCRA), a scientific report by the European Environment Agency. It sets out how the EU and its Member States can better anticipate, understand, and address growing climate risks. It further presents how they can prepare and implement policies that save lives, cut costs, and protect prosperity across the EU.

The EU funded CLIMAAX (CLIMAte risk and vulnerability Assessment framework and toolboX) project recently published its digital handbook: a dedicated guide for regions navigating the complexities of current and future climate risk. The aim of this handbook is to help regions understand what their climate risks are and inspire them to take action.

Finansowany przez UE projekt CLIMAAX (ramy oceny ryzyka i narażenia CLIMAte oraz instrumentboX) opublikował niedawno swój cyfrowy podręcznik: specjalny przewodnik dla regionów poruszających złożoność obecnego i przyszłego ryzyka klimatycznego. Celem niniejszego podręcznika jest pomoc regionom w zrozumieniu, jakie są zagrożenia klimatyczne, i zainspirowanie ich do podejmowania działań.

El proyecto CLIMAAX (marco y herramienta de evaluación de riesgos y vulnerabilidades CLIMAte) financiado por la UE ha publicado recientemente su manual digital: guía específica para las regiones que navegan por la complejidad del riesgo climático actual y futuro. El objetivo de este manual es ayudar a las regiones a comprender cuáles son sus riesgos climáticos e inspirarlas para que tomen medidas.

Il progetto CLIMAAX (CLIMAte risk and vulnerability Assessment Framework and vulnerability Assessment framework and tools boX) finanziato dall'UE ha recentemente pubblicato il suo manuale digitale: una guida specifica per le regioni che riescono a superare le complessità del rischio climatico attuale e futuro. L'obiettivo del presente manuale è aiutare le regioni a comprendere quali sono i loro rischi climatici e a incoraggiarle ad agire.

Das von der EU finanzierte Projekt CLIMAAX (CLIMAte Risk and vulnerability assessment framework and toolboX) hat kürzlich sein digitales Handbuch veröffentlicht: ein spezieller Leitfaden für Regionen, die sich mit den komplexen aktuellen und künftigen Klimarisiken befassen. Ziel dieses Handbuchs ist es, den Regionen zu helfen, ihre Klimarisiken zu verstehen und Maßnahmen zu ergreifen.

Le projet CLIMAAX (CLIMAte Risk and vulnerability Assessment Framework and toolboX), financé par l’UE, a récemment publié son manuel numérique : un guide spécifique pour les régions qui traversent les complexités des risques climatiques actuels et futurs. L’objectif de ce manuel est d’aider les régions à comprendre quels sont leurs risques climatiques et de les inciter à agir.

Unijne Dni Oceanu (obejmujące misję UE dotyczącą oceanów i wód) odbyły się w Brukseli w dniach 4–8 marca 2024 r. W wystawie plakatu w dniu 6 marca br. wzięło udział dwadzieścia jeden projektów i inicjatyw finansowanych przez UE podczas wydarzenia pt. „Where next for Europe’s Seas”. W ramach projektów przedstawiono rozwiązania głównych wyzwań stojących przed oceanami i obszarami przybrzeżnymi. Tematy obejmują odpady morskie i różnorodność biologiczną, akwakulturę, turystykę i energię ze źródeł odnawialnych.

Las Jornadas Europeas de los Océanos (que cubren la misión de la UE sobre el océano y las aguas) se celebraron en Bruselas del 4 al 8 de marzo de 2024. Veintiún proyectos e iniciativas financiados por la UE participaron en la exposición de carteles, que tuvo lugar el 6 de marzo, durante el acto «Lo siguiente para los mares de Europa». Los proyectos pusieron de manifiesto soluciones a los principales retos a los que se enfrentan los océanos y las zonas costeras. Los temas van desde la basura marina y la biodiversidad hasta la acuicultura, el turismo y las energías renovables.

Die EU-Ozeantage (im Rahmen der EU-Mission „Ozeane und Gewässer“) fanden vom 4. bis 8. März 2024 in Brüssel statt. Am 6. März nahmen 21 von der EU finanzierte Projekte und Initiativen an der Plakatausstellung im Rahmen der Veranstaltung „Where next for Europe’s Seas“ teil. Im Rahmen der Projekte wurden Lösungen für die großen Herausforderungen aufgezeigt, mit denen die Ozeane und Küstengebiete konfrontiert sind. Die Themen reichen von Abfällen im Meer und biologischer Vielfalt bis hin zu Aquakultur, Tourismus und erneuerbaren Energien.

Les Journées européennes des océans (couvrant la mission de l’UE dans les océans et les eaux) se sont tenues à Bruxelles du 4 au 8 mars 2024. Vingt et un projets et initiatives financés par l’UE ont pris part à l’exposition d’affiches le 6 mars, lors de la manifestation intitulée «Prochaines prochaines mers d’Europe». Les projets ont mis en évidence des solutions aux grands défis auxquels sont confrontés les océans et les zones côtières. Les thèmes abordés vont des déchets marins et de la biodiversité à l’aquaculture, au tourisme et aux énergies renouvelables.

The EU Ocean Days (covering the EU Mission Ocean and Waters) were held in Brussels on 4 till 8 March 2024. Twenty-one EU-funded projects and initiatives took part in the poster exhibition on 6 March during the event “Where next for Europe’s Seas”. The projects showcased solutions to the major challenges faced by the ocean and the coastal areas. The themes range from marine litter and biodiversity, to aquaculture, tourism and renewable energies.
