Description

This EU policy paper summarizes main findings regarding changes in climate conditions in Europe, outlines some of the impacts of climate change on socio-economic conditions, and identifies the regional distribution of these impacts. Preliminary conclusions are drawn in respect of the impact of climate change on regional growth potential, sustainability and quality of life.
