LIFE FRANCA is een Europees project dat zich richt op anticipatie op en communicatie over overstromingsrisico's in de Alpen. In het besef dat volledige veiligheid niet kan worden gegarandeerd, bevordert het project een cultuur van preventie van milieurisico's in de Alpen, met als doel te anticiperen op rampen en de veiligheid van de regio en het publiek te verbeteren.
