"The Baltic Sea NGO Network brings together NGOs from different BSR states and from different areas of interest to share experiences, exchange information and improve their knowledge. They create partnerships and support trans-national as well as inter-sectorial networks between NGOs from different BSR states and make NGOs more visible and influencing the democratic decision-making process on the national, regional and EU levels.
