Forum for political dialogue between parliamentarians in the BSR, aiming to raise awareness and opinion on issues of current political interest and relevance for the region. The BSPC Working Group on Energy and Climate Change presented its final report in 2009. In 2011, a Working Group on Green Growth and Energy Efficiency Use was established, linking up to climate change adaptation measures to be taken. The BSCP Working Groups have the mandate to raise political focus on energy and climate change on the national agendas of members of the Working Group and to come up with recommendations for CBSS and the governments of the Baltic Sea Region.
