Description

The Basque Centre for Climate Change was established in 2008 in Bilbao and aims to study the causes and consequences of climate change, including the natural as well as social sciences. It is currently composed by 40 researchers working on 4 different research lines related to the adaptation to the impacts of climate change; the measures to mitigate climate change; the international dimensions of climate policy; and finally in developing and support research that informs climate policy in the Basque Country.
