European Climate Foundation

The European Climate Foundation (ECF) is a 'foundation of foundations'. This organisation was established in early 2008 as a major philanthropic initiative to help Europe foster the development of a low-carbon society and play an even stronger international leadership role to mitigate climate change. Resilience of the energy infrastructure is an emerging topic on their agenda. In 2016, the European Climate Foundation has co-organised an event and a report on the question:

Which infrastructure investments are lowest risk and regret to ensure resilience throughout the transition? Can an integrated view on infrastructure (gas, power, buildings) help meet security of supply challenges at a lower cost?
