Description

This web interface provides trend maps and time series plots for 72 impact indicators, fact sheets for extreme weather and climate events in the recent past, and access to the underlying climate data sets. All information is based on long-term in situ observations at 10584 meteorological stations throughout Europe and the Mediterranean. The information is reprocessed each month in order to update the impact indicators and insert newly digitized or accessed historical records. The website of the European Climate Assessment & Dataset project is hosted by the Royal Netherlands Meteorological Institute (KNMI) and has received financial support from the national weather services within Europe (EUMETNET) and the European Commission
