Developing and assessing novel educational and user-centred actions towards scaling up behavioural change and climate resilience through an AI-enhanced solution (NEUROCLIMA)

NEUROCLIMA addresses the urgent need for effective climate adaptation by building a dynamic "nervous system" that connects citizens, policymakers, and institutions through integrated Human-AI decision support. In response to the growing climate crisis and aligned with the EU Adaptation Strategy, the project fosters a continuous, bidirectional dialogue that is both reactive to environmental changes and proactive in addressing societal needs. By monitoring concerns, expectations, and emerging trends, NEUROCLIMA identifies social tipping points and proposes locally tailored engagement frameworks. This approach bridges the gap between science, policy, and society, strengthening trust, facilitating systemic change, and advancing Europe’s climate resilience.
