Description

The report provides key insights into how disaster risk reduction is currently conceived and practiced by national authorities implementing the HFA. It analyzes the progress made in reducing disaster risk in Europe as reported by national authorities (or other entities agreed at national level) and identifies obstacles and challenges that need to be overcome The Hyogo Framework for Action (HFA) is a 10-year UN lead plan to explain, describe and detail the work that is required from all different sectors and actors to reduce disaster losses.
