Report on good practice measures for climate change adaptation in river basin management plans

This report aims to support the efforts of the European Commission and Member States to incorporate climate change into their river basin management planning. Most European Member States have started drafting adaptation programmes or strategies, and a great number of regional adaptation projects were launched in recent years. However, experience in designing adaptation strategies and implementing policies is still limited, and information-sharing on adaptive response measures is thus important to support actors and reduce learning costs
