This report investigates the impacts of climate change and the policies in place to deal with those impacts in six North European countries: Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. The aim of the report is to provide guidance for local and regional administrations in North Europe in the development of climate adaptation strategies
