Description

The Advanced Urban Screening service, a tool produced in the CLARITY project, supports users in creating assessment reports on the impacts of heat waves and floods and evaluating the effects of urban adaptation strategies in terms of avoided impacts and achievable co-benefits. The tool is is free to use but requires setting up an account at the project website.

The datasets used in the tool are based on EU-level open data and include 23 hazard layers and 13 high resolution land cover layers for more than 400 urban areas. Video tutorials to get started with the tool are available through the project website.
