Urban Flows for Resilient Cities

The Urban Flows Model of the Resilient Regions Associations is a concept that is useful to identify critical dependencies, vulnerabilities and measures to ensure the functionality of cities and regions. The model considers both hard infrastructure and social aspects. Six urban flows are at the core of the model: people, goods, services, money, energy and information that are often mutually interdependent, having an impact on social inclusion, job opportunities, good care and attractive living conditions.
