The KfW Environmental Program provides low-interest financing for general environmental protection measures taken by commercial enterprises, such as measures for environmentally friendly, nature and resource-conserving and circular economy management, for improving climate protection or for adapting to the consequences of climate change. In particular, funding is also provided for investments that already prevent or significantly reduce the creation of environmental pollution, and especially for those that rely on nature-based solutions and contribute to a green infrastructure. Funding is also possible for branches abroad.
